| Favorites |
Add/Edit/Delete categories and links by right clicking the mouse while on
an item. Move items around in your Favorites
list by dragging them
to another position with your mouse. If you drag a link item to the Quick Links
list it will be copied rather than moved (categories cannot be copied to the Quick
Links list). To change the order of categories simply re-drag the categories to their parent category in the order that you want them to appear. For example if you had three Categories A, B, C under Favorites and you wanted to reorder them as B, C, A you would do the following. Drag B to Favorites, Drag C to Favorites, Drag A to Favorites. |

Add links by pressing the Quick Links icon
on the tool bar. Edit/Delete
links by clicking the right mouse button while on an item. You can move items to
another position or to your Favorites list by dragging them with your mouse. |
| Resizing Panels |
You can drag the divider which separates the Favorites panel from the Quick Links
panel, up or down using your mouse. |

| Import Bookmarks |
To import favorites from Internet Explorer do the following. Open your Internet
Explorer browser and select File =>
Import and Export. Follow the microsoft
wizard to export your favorites to a file. Then come back to the Polstergeist Browser,
right click your mouse on a Favorites item and select
Import Bookmarks. The bookmarks will be added to the
Favorites item you selected. |

| Export Bookmarks |
Right click your mouse on a Favorites item and select
Export Bookmarks. The bookmarks under the item you selected will be saved
to a file. The exported data is stored as a NETSCAPE-Bookmark-file-1
document type and can be imported into other browsers such as Internet Explorer. |

| Share Bookmarks |
To share bookmarks simply export them to a file and email the file as an attachment.
The recipient can then detach the file and import it to a Favorites
item of their choice. Its a great way to combine bookmarks you use in the workplace
with those you use at home. |

| Backup Bookmarks |
Polstergeist Bookmarks are stored in C:/Program Files/Polstergeist/Data/Settings/bookmarks.xml.
You can copy this file to a disk or memory stick to backup your bookmarks. To restore
bookmarks simply replace the bookmarks.xml file with your backup copy. If you delete
the bookmarks.xml file a new empty one will be created. |
